# دليل المزادات الأردني — Jordan Auctions Guide (JOMazdal)

> An independent Jordanian service (iPhone, Android and jomazdal.com) that collects the judicial auctions published by the enforcement departments on Jordan's Ministry of Justice auctions portal (land, apartments, commercial property and vehicles) into one searchable list and map, updated daily, in Arabic. Free to use with an account. Not affiliated with any government body; the official, binding source is https://auctions.moj.gov.jo.

## What it does
- All active judicial auctions in Jordan in one place: properties and vehicles.
- Search and filters: governorate, directorate, village and basin, property type, value, area, number of bids, end date; vehicles by make and model, year, plate, court.
- Map of auctioned properties, a countdown to each auction's end, expert-report summaries, and the history of an asset that comes back to auction.
- Favourites synced across devices and saved searches.
- It does not take bids: bidding happens with the official enforcement department.

## Who it is for
Anyone in Jordan looking for property or cars sold at judicial auction: buyers, investors, real-estate offices, car dealers, lawyers and valuers.
